Sam is a certified Health and Wellness Coach and Hormone Health Coach, having earned her qualifications from the prestigious Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Her deep understanding of integrative health allows her to provide personalised, holistic care that addresses the unique needs of each woman she works with.

Driven by her passion for empowering women, Sam is committed to helping her clients achieve balance and well-being in every aspect of their lives.
